I'll have to ask you to forgive the glutton of similar pictures... but I'm just too enchanted by this girl and the building holiday magic, I couldn't choose!

"Hey Mommy, whatdya say you move this cat to the bed so I can continue torturing her?"

I know! I know! I don't even recognize this multiple-times-a-week blogger either! I think it helps quite a bit that photography videos on YouTube have been my study break of choice this exam season, so when I have spare time and a subject (like, for instance, a daughter brimming with hilarious antics...) the camera comes out. :)

This weekend, Daddy is visiting, and he decided to fully embrace the Madison, WI spirit: he donned his best Bucky and led our troops to State Street for some ice cream. This was probably about the second or third time Scarlet has had ice cream, and she was, as you'd guess, completely in her element.  Unfortunately, I put the camera away during most of the actual eating process... it pretty necessary if I wanted to steal a bite because Scarlet was hell-bent on shoveling the entire dish we were splitting into her mouth as.fast.as.possible. Nonetheless, here's a few shots from our little outing on a misty purple Madison night...

If you've been around Scarlet in the last year, you probably witnessed her finding something entertaining and delightedly asking for "Mah?!" 

Someday not far from now, she'll probably self-correct and say "more" like the rest of us, but for now let's enjoy it. Here's "Mah?!" Scarlet...
